Privacy policy
Komoro no Wa and La Perle Co., Ltd. handle the personal information collected through donations, sponsorship, enquiries and the ownership project as set out below.
What we collect
The name, company or business name, email address, telephone number and message sent through the contact form; and information shared through the payment provider when you donate, sponsor, or join the ownership project.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and follow up on discussions
- To confirm receipt of donations and sponsorship, to correspond about receipts, and to send activity reports
- To send the thank-you wine
- To list supporters and corporate sponsors, where consent has been given in advance
Disclosure to third parties
We do not pass your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Payment takes place on an external payment provider's service; we never receive card numbers or other payment credentials.
Service providers
The site uses Vercel for hosting, microCMS for content management, Resend for email delivery, and reCAPTCHA for spam protection. Each provider's own terms govern its handling of data.
Retention, access, correction and deletion
We keep information only for as long as the purposes above require. Requests for access, correction or deletion are acted on once we have confirmed your identity.
